(Further) education is one of the keys to sustainable tourism. Therefore, Christian Baumgartner / response & ability has been active in this field for a long time. Besides regular lectures, trainings and the creation of curricula (see also experiences in 'Teaching and Training' and (link)), education focuses on a playful approach with role and strategy games or events based on the design thinking approach.
